Charity James, now Charity James Hubbard, began singing at the age of ten in her local hometown area. From there she went on to be known for singing "Mercy Seat" at the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida with Evangelist Steve Hill at the age of fourteen. A few years later, she met her husband, Jeremiah at the revival and they were married on Father's Day, June 18, 2000. They now travel as evangelists, spreading the "Good News" of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They currently reside in Louisiana with their two children. In 1999 Charity released her first project, named "Holy Romance" which features "Mercy Seat". In 2005, Jeremiah and Charity, released a project together, called "Destiny, The Awakening". They also have a prayer cd, titled "Marinating In His Presence". Awesome, after all these years I found your blog page. Never been to Brownsville Revival but we sure loved the music and were glad to hear about what God was doing.
ReplyDeleteThe song "Mercy Seat" did bless us a lot, I translated it in Russian and sang it a couple of times in church, it was anointed every time. The track , song , music, sound was very "wow" ! That's what I was looking for again because the track available on iTunes is different version, and love your voice , Charity ,

ReplyDeleteI just came upon your site this evening. I was curious to see if you were still singing. It is good to see that you are still ministering. The only time we saw you was when you were about 15. I remember the goosebumps and chills when you sang Mercy Seat. I had never heard that song until you sang it there in Brownsville.
